TIMELINE OF THE PROCESS

The 2nd RVM Superior General, Rev. M.  Venancia Ceballos, wholeheartedly accepted the idea prompting her to exhort the general membership to pray and make sacrifices for this intention. All the succeeding Superiors General followed suit but their limited knowledge in proceeding with the task did not yield much fruit.
